Negotiation and Conflict Management

We are experts in the theory and practice of negotiation and conflict management. Having received formal training at the Harvard Negotiation Project, we have spent the last decade doing the following substantive work in the field:

  • Negotiating transactions and managing conflict on behalf of their clients, most of whom are in the financial services industry;
  • Delivering training workshops and targeted coaching on negotiation and conflict management skills to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies around the world; and
  • Teaching classes at prominent American universities, such as Harvard Law School, Georgetown Law School and Connecticut College.
