Negotiation and Conflict Management
We are experienced professionals in integrating the theory and practice of negotiation and conflict management to the benefit of our clients. Trained by and subsequently teaching at the Harvard Negotiation Project, we have spent the last decade executing the following substantive work in the field:
- Negotiating transactions and managing conflict on behalf of our clients, primarily in the financial services industry, both at the asset level and at the fund level.
- Coordinating and leading hedge fund restructurings, including asset dispositions and investor and counter party relations
- Delivering training workshops and targeted coaching on negotiation and conflict management skills to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies around the world.
- Teaching classes on negotiation strategy at prominent universities worldwide, including Harvard Law School and Georgetown Law School.
