THE ARAGON GROUP SCORECARD

Description of Service: A review of the state of a fund in transition, conducted by our team of experienced consultants and fund managers.

Goal: To assess and analyze the fund in order to recommend to fund management and its directors a strategy for change.

Deliverable: A report that summarizes the fund’s current state and outlines an initial strategy for change. Analysis includes, but is not limited to, a review of the following:

• Existing strengths and weaknesses of the fund
• Risk profile
• Liquidity
• Core team review, and retention analysis
• Legal review
• Investor relations analysis
• Public relations analysis
• Counterparty analysis
• Asset analyses and disposition strategies
• Opportunities for new capital and/or investments

Process: Analysis takes no more than four weeks from time of engagement.

• Project Initiation: Aragon conducts preliminary meetings with fund management.
• Information Gathering: Aragon conducts diagnostic meetings and works with fund to gather key information.
• Analysis:Aragon analysis key data
• Report:Aragon delivers report to fund management and directors if appropriate.
