Our Advisory Services range from specific advice to coordinating all aspects of the restructuring or fund management.  We are available for:

• Ad hoc advice for optimizing strategic and tactical moves.
• Problem-solving and negotiating on behalf of clients. Allows clients to “outsource” discrete problems to us.  May include: forming and negotiating with an investor committee; negotiating new fund documents to give the fund manager a longer runway; coordinating and executing legal or governance strategies; mediating a lawsuit; helping to find and negotiate terms of new capital; negotiating retention clauses with key team members; selling distressed assets; and coordinating public relations strategies.
• Full service restructuring coordination.  In these cases, we don’t just manage discrete problems, but actually lead every phase of a fund’s transition.  Decision-making authority may be reserved by the management team or delegated to us.
