Manager Proxy

Through our Manager Proxy Services, Aragon serves as a surrogate for managers looking for a less time consuming or even less risky way to fulfill their fiduciary duties. In this capacity, we assume the full roles and responsibilities of the manager. These situations are extremely complex and delicate, but allow the fund manager to fulfill fiduciary duties by passing the keys to others permanently or for a specified time period. This approach is most common in particularly complex situations, where interpersonal challenges are extreme, or where an orderly wind-down occurs.
